July 2019. The wines from Clunia receive outstanding ratings from CIVAS wine challenge.
Internationally-renowned CIVAS wine challenge has once again awarded with excellent ratings the quality of the wines from Clunia, a quality that comes from terroir.
From vineyards planted at an altitude of around 1,000 meters above the sea level, the wines from Clunia are carved by a hostile environment. Yet, it is this difficulty that makes them special. At Clunia, the high altitude provides with a means to compensate the effects of climate change, preserving in the wines a delicate acidity, complexity and finesse that situates Clunia wines among the best wines from Spain.
In addition to CIVAS, also experts such as Guía Peñín, The Wine Advocate (Robert Parker), the Wine Enthusiast and Wine Specatator magazines, the Tempranillos al Mundo wine competition, to name but a few examples, have praised the wines from Clunia.
